Working with Erica and doing ICBT was incredibly helpful and valuable for me. In the past, I worked with therapists where it felt like I was mainly talking through my thoughts and worries, without developing practical skills to change or cope with them. With ICBT, I was given tools and methods for identifying my OCD thoughts and stopping them before totally spiralling out of control. I still have the modules saved in my notes app and return to them whenever I need a little extra help. They’ve made a big difference in my life.
